Why We Are The Best

Join Us Let’s build the future together.

With a vision for transformative change, we believe in the power of education to unlock potential, spark innovation, and drive sustainable development across the continent.

Our Vision

To build an Africa where every student and educator has the digital skills, confidence, and opportunity to thrive in the global knowledge economy.

Our Mission

We equip educators, students, and schools across Africa with the practical skills, expert guidance, and the right technology to build learning environments that deliver real, lasting outcomes.

Our Passion

We are passionate about unlocking Africa's future, equipping educators, students, and schools to become catalysts for change and helping a generation thrive in the global knowledge economy.

About Us

Rethink Edtech Africa is an education technology and consulting company working across the continent to help educators, students, and schools thrive in a rapidly changing digital world.

We believe meaningful change starts with people, not tools. A device or platform only creates value when educators know how to use it well, students are prepared to engage with it, and schools have the strategy and systems to sustain it. That belief shapes everything we do: educator capacity building, mentorship, consulting, direct student programmes, and the infrastructure to support it all.

We don’t just hand over tools and walk away. We build capability, strengthen practice, and ensure what we introduce is used effectively, so that better learning can happen and lasting outcomes can follow.

Our goal is simple: to help close the gap between the potential in African classrooms and the pace of the global digital economy, one school, one classroom, at a time.

Our Core Value

Our core values guide how we equip educators, students, and schools across Africa, using the acronym REAL.

R — Relevance

Our training, consulting, and student programmes stay aligned with the skills Africa’s classrooms and economies actually need: digital pedagogy, AI literacy, coding, cybersecurity. As those demands evolve, so does what we teach.

E — Excellence

We hold our capacity building, mentorship, and consulting to a high standard, honest, accountable, and built to last. Schools and educators can trust that what we deliver actually works, not just that it looks good on paper.

A — Accessibility

We make quality digital skills reachable, regardless of geography or resources, through hands-on training, direct student programmes, and devices that are deployed and maintained, not dropped off and forgotten. Access without follow-through isn’t access at all.

L — Leadership

We mentor teachers, school leaders, students, and recent graduates into leaders in their own right, confident in the classroom, ready to lead a school, or equipped to build a career or venture of their own. We’re not just building skills. We’re building Africa’s next generation of educators and innovators.
