As a leader in educational transformation, Felix specialises in knowledge transfer, career coaching and empowering educators to excel in an increasingly technology-driven landscape.
Currently serving as the Head of Curriculum at Avi-Cenna International School in Lagos, Nigeria, Felix spearheads curriculum reform and educational leadership initiatives. He also contributes his expertise as a Top Lead mentor for FlexyLearn International Limited, an international education and training organisation that delivers a wide range of short, medium, and long-term free and paid courses and programmes..
Felix's commitment to innovation in education extends to his role as founder of Rethink EdTech Africa Limited, where he works to bridge the digital divide for young Africans to drive innovation and progress across the continent. Felix's influence reaches beyond his primary roles, as he has mentored emerging leaders through the ICCP and YAPPI (Youths in Animation and Post-Production Initiative) programmes (Cohorts 1 & 2). He has also served as a Lead Mentor in the International Career Coaching Program intervention delivered to students in 14 Nigerian Universities by Lancaster University and funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office of the UK Government, supported by the British Council and National Universities Commission (NUC).
